How it works
Selling a Junk Car, Start to Finish
No haggling on your driveway, no surprise tow fee subtracted at the end.
- 01
Call or send the quote form
Give us the year, make, model, condition, whether it runs, whether you have the title, and the pickup ZIP code.
- 02
Get a cash offer
We price the vehicle from what you tell us. If something changes what it is worth, we say so before we schedule anything.
- 03
Schedule the pickup
We agree on a pickup window and confirm access — driveway, alley, garage, lot or street.
- 04
Get paid and we tow it
We verify the paperwork, pay you the agreed amount, and remove the vehicle. Take your plates and belongings first.
Pickup day
What to Have Ready
- Photo identification for the person selling the vehicle
- The title if you have it — or a clear explanation of what paperwork exists
- Keys if you have them (we can work without them)
- Personal belongings removed from the interior, trunk and glovebox
- License plates removed from the vehicle
- Clear access to the car, or a heads-up if it is blocked in
Avoid
Three Things Not to Do
- Do not pay to have the car towed to us — removal is part of what we do
- Do not scrap the plates with the car; keep them for the Illinois SOS
- Do not agree to a price from anyone who will not give you a number until they arrive
Timing
Same-day pickup is sometimes available, particularly for South Side and south suburban addresses when you call early in the day. If the schedule is already full, we will give you the next realistic window instead of a promise we cannot keep.
