Who we are

We operate out of 7656 S Stony Island Ave, Chicago, IL 60649, on Chicago's South Side. That location is the reason we can quote and pick up quickly in neighborhoods like Chatham, South Shore, South Chicago, Calumet Heights and Woodlawn — and why the south suburbs are a normal part of our route rather than a special trip.

When you call, you are talking to the people who will actually buy the vehicle. Nothing gets sold to a third-party network, and the number we give you is not a placeholder meant to get a truck into your driveway before the real negotiation starts.

How we price a vehicle

A junk car's value comes down to a handful of things: the year, make and model, the weight of the vehicle, how complete it is, whether major components are still there, and current scrap and used-parts demand. We ask about those specifics because a straight answer requires them.

We do not publish a flat "we pay $X for every car" figure, because that number would be wrong for most vehicles. Tell us what you have and we will tell you what we can pay for it.

What we buy

Titles and ownership

We verify that the person selling has the right to sell. If you have the title in your name, this is simple. If the title is lost, or in a relative's name, or the vehicle was left on your property, it becomes a case-by-case conversation about what Illinois permits. We would rather tell you honestly on the phone than send a truck for a sale that cannot legally close.
